Located in the heart of Tuscany’s industrial district, Fenice was founded in 2011 from the vision of Daniele Delpin – today sole director – who brought with him over twenty years of experience in the manufacturing sector. From the very beginning, our goal has been to turn technical expertise into real value for industry, offering reliable and tailor-made solutions.
Today we operate across four sites – Pescia, Uzzano, Capannori, and Lucca – with more than 8,500 m² of operational space and over 180 highly qualified professionals, supporting leading manufacturers of industrial machinery in Italy and abroad. Assembly, maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems: we provide complete services, integrating automation with in-house production of electrical panels and on-board machine control systems.
We are active in complex and high-tech industries: Tissue, Converting, Textile, Nonwoven, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Railway, and Naval.
In 2025, Anea Italia, a company specialized in consulting and brokerage for the tissue industry, entered Fenice’s shareholding, strengthening our international vision and expanding our ability to operate across the entire converting supply chain. In the same year, we also took over the management of the former Officina Deverio.
