Fenice Expands: Taking Over the Former Officine Deverio

A new milestone for our company: our expertise and services are expanding with the addition of a precision mechanical workshop right in the heart of the Lucca district.
Fenice has taken another step forward in its growth journey by assuming the management of the former Officine Deverio in Lucca, strengthening our presence in the core of the paper district.

Through this integration, we are broadening our range of services with a strategic sector such as precision mechanical engineering, enhancing our ability to meet customer needs with more comprehensive and diversified solutions. A highly specialized team, with decades of experience in the manufacturing of custom mechanical parts and the assembly of industrial plants, is now part of our company. With these new skills, Fenice will be able to offer services ranging from mechanical installations to general plant engineering, covering pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.

For CEO Daniele Delpin, “this strategic move expands our capabilities in the Lucca district and strengthens our position as a complete service provider for the tissue and paper industry.
This vision is echoed by Roberto Stenta of ANEA Italia, who highlights that “thanks to the new facility dedicated to custom mechanical part production, Fenice will have the opportunity to grow further in the market, offering new assembly areas right in the heart of the Lucca paper district.

This operation therefore represents not only an expansion of our portfolio but also a confirmation of our commitment to grow as a global partner for the industry, strengthening our presence in the region and laying solid foundations for future developments.
